[Complimentary Concierge Services]
Basic support to ensure a comfortable stay.
・Information and Booking Assistance:
Recommendations and reservations for local restaurants, wineries, and sightseeing spots.
・Transfer Support:
For guests staying multiple nights, we provide round-trip shuttle service (once daily) to sightseeing spots and nearby ski resorts within a 45-minute drive of the facility.
※Availability and routes for transportation support are determined based on conditions on the day.
[Dedicated Concierge Service] (Paid Option)
A dedicated host will personally attend to your needs and coordinate every aspect of your special stay. Specific support details will be determined following a preliminary consultation to understand your preferences.
・Fee: 100,000 JPY per day
・Payment: Settled at checkout
・Service Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Max. 10 hours)

[Planning]: Fully bespoke pre-trip itinerary coordination
[Local Guide]: Guidance and on-site support for Takayama Village and surrounding areas
[Activities]: Guidance and support for ski resorts during the winter season
[Special Arrangements]: Organizing exclusive dining experiences or private tours within Takayama Village
[Transportation & Handling]: Accompanying guests in the company vehicle and assisting with luggage transport
[Language Support]: Foreign language assistance
[Other]: Concierge tasks agreed upon in advance
Notes
We cannot accept requests solely for the transport of goods.
Costs such as personal meals and drinks, lift tickets, facility admission fees, and external transportation fares are not included.
Please contact us in advance if you require a child seat or baby seat.
For service exceeding 10 hours or occurring outside the 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM window, an extension fee of 20,000 JPY per hour applies.
The vehicle used may be changed depending on factors such as the number of passengers, weather conditions, and the amount of luggage.
